We usually get caught up in the mindset of, am I doing the meditation right, is it even working?😭
I donot know the right techniques🥺

You know what, in the beginning when you start meditating, there is no right or wrong way..

Meditation is a process of self discovery and healing💗

If you miss meditating, when you are unable to do it for 2-3 days, then understand that you are doing it absolutely right💝

Whatever time of day you choose, picking a time and sticking with it will help you establish an ongoing practice.💖

Meditation will help you become your own friend.🌟😇
