1. Keep an eye at the prize
The students who keep it all together with the highest quality, and who ultimately achieve the highest scores, are those who understand the purpose of their exams. If you're just trying to score the right marks to be able to enter an apprenticeship program, to be able to enter a specific sixth-grade school, or your aspiration is to attend Oxford or Cambridge You must be aware of the reason you're taking these tests.

2. Prioritise
There are two things you should be focusing on at this moment:

3. You should give yourself mental and physical space

I'd suggest at least one hour of unstructured study time before bed and incorporating meditation into your daily routine to help you relax and help you be more aware of your mood and requirements.
