The Department of Management Studies, Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), was honored to host an insightful expert lecture by Ms. Bhavya Sharma, Head HR at Beuflix E Retail Pvt. Ltd., on 15th April 2025.

The session provided a comprehensive view of how technology is transforming the HR landscape. Key learnings included:

Understanding the functionality and significance of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) in modern recruitment

Exploring the role of AI-powered interview chatbots in initial candidate screening

Insights into HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and their impact on employee lifecycle management

Practical knowledge about performance management tools used to track, evaluate, and boost employee performance

The session was highly interactive and filled with real-world examples, offering students clarity on how tech-driven tools are enhancing HR efficiency, accuracy, and experience.
