N.C. Jindal Public School successfully hosted its University & Career Fair 2026, bringing together leading institutions including Amity, SRM, SGT, IHM, Geeta University, Parul University, Rishihood University, UPES, Pearl Academy and Guru Nanak Institute of Management.
The event welcomed 150+ students from the neighbouring schools, along with enthusiastic participation from parents of N.C. Jindal Public School students.
From exploring courses and careers to understanding admissions, entrance examinations and scholarships, the fair provided students with meaningful opportunities to interact directly with higher-education institutions.

A Celebration of Theatre & Talent!
N.C. Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh proudly hosted the Zonal Mono Acting Competition – Zone 15 on 18 August 2026, welcoming young theatre enthusiasts from 14 schools across four categories.
We were honoured to have Mr. Javed, eminent actor, director and theatre personality, and Mr. Sahil, young theatre artist, actor and writer, as our esteemed judges.

A Celebration of Freedom, Courage & Responsibility

The 80th Independence Day Celebration at N.C. Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh unfolded as a dignified confluence of patriotic pride, remembrance and reflection. The celebration brought the school community together to honour India’s journey as a free nation, remember the sacrifices that secured its freedom, and reflect upon the responsibilities that independence places upon every citizen.

The occasion was graced by Ms. Seema Jindal, School Chairperson, Mrs. Richa Bhatnagar, Guest of Honour, accompanied by her family and Mr. Daljeet Singh, Principal. The school paid a heartfelt tribute to Late Major Ashish Bhatnagar, Shaurya Chakra, a proud alumnus of the institution,1984 Batch, whose courage, service and supreme sacrifice continue to inspire generations. The inspiring addresses by Ms. Seema Jindal, Mr. Daljeet Singh, Principal, and Mrs. Richa Bhatnagar highlighted the values of responsibility, service, compassion, environmental stewardship and purposeful citizenship.

The special tribute “A Salute to the Immortal Spirit, Major Ashish Bhatnagar” offered a poignant glimpse into his life, journey at NCJPS and legacy as a courageous soldier, while the Homage to the Kargil Martyrs created a solemn moment of remembrance. Patriotic dance presentation “Azadi Ka Utsav” and the stirring instrumental medley beautifully captured the spirit and vibrancy of the nation’s freedom and commemorated the 150 years of Vande Mataram, inspiring everyone to carry forward its message of national pride and collective responsibility.

Naimat, the Interact Club of N.C. Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh, held its Installation Ceremony on 10th August 2026, marking the formal induction of the new council and the beginning of another year dedicated to service, leadership, and community engagement.

The occasion was graced by distinguished guests from the sponsoring club, Rotary Club of Delhi Midwest—President Rtn. Kamal Kishore Yadav, PP Rtn. Sandeep Yadav, AKC Rtn. Prem Singh Dhingra, Mrs. Agya Dhingra, and Rtn. Prateek Jain—along with Principal Mr. Daljeet Singh, Vice Principal Mrs. Bharti Pushkarna, and Headmistress Mrs. Indu Jain.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp, followed by a serene Saraswati Vandana and a graceful classical performance on “Shiv Stuti”, setting a spiritually uplifting tone.

Outgoing President Cheshta Arya reflected on the club’s achievements and expressed gratitude to the mentors, teachers, and Interactors. The Pinning Ceremony marked the transition of leadership to the new council, led by President Aksh*ta Agicha, who unveiled the theme “Creating Lasting Impact.” Her initiative, “One Month, One Cause,” aims to inspire Interactors to identify a cause each month and transform concern into purposeful action.

The Oath-Taking Ceremony saw Interactors and Rota Kids representatives Aarohi Goel and Trishti pledge themselves to service, compassion, responsibility, and leadership. Rtn. Kamal Kishore Yadav and Rtn. Prem Singh Dhingra encouraged the young leaders to lead with empathy, integrity, and a strong spirit of service.

Mrs. Bharti Pushkarna, Vice Principal of the school, was honored with the New Generation Service Award for her consistent mentoring and nurturing of new generation leaders for three decades. With great humility, she dedicated the award to the countless students whose hard work has made the institution a name to reckon with in academia.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Bharti Pushkarna. Teacher In-Charge Ms. Poornima Tomar also expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the successful ceremony.

Celebrating the Legacy of Shri O.P. Jindal Ji

N C Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh commemorated the Birth Anniversary of Sh. O.P. Jindal Ji on 7 August 2026 with a heartfelt tribute celebrating his life, values and contribution to society.
The programme began with a floral tribute, followed by an inspiring address by Principal, Mr. Daljeet Singh, who reflected on Shri O.P. Jindal Ji’s simplicity, determination, spirit of service, and commitment to community welfare and nation-building.
The Head Boy and Head Girl presented Life and Legacy of Shri O.P. Jindal Ji, while the choir’s soulful rendition of “Ho Raha Hai Naya Savera” added a message of hope and renewal. The budding students of the Primary Wing presented “A Classical Tribute to the Legend”, followed by a vibrant Tabla presentation, showcasing the rich talent of our young learners.

A Painting Competition provided students a creative canvas to lend expression to their imagination and connect with the spirit of the occasion. Their artistic efforts were appreciated and recognised with prizes. The commemoration concluded with the National Anthem, leaving the school community with a renewed appreciation of a legacy rooted in service and contribution.

The students of N.C. Jindal Public School proudly participated in an Inter-School Competition for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) hosted by Manav Sthali School on 31st July 2026. The event provided a wonderful platform for students to showcase their talents, confidence, and sportsmanship through a variety of activities, including singing, dancing, races, and other fun-filled events.

Our young Jindalites participated enthusiastically and made the school proud with their remarkable performances.

The school achieved the following accolades:

- Pranika (Class II-Bright ) secured First Position in Singing Competition.
- Edhant (Class III- E) secured Third Position in the Race.
- Tanya (Class VI-C) secured Third Position in the Circle of Joy event.
