The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for the set-up of content, staging, testing, links, and publishing into the Content Management System (CMS) and into CRM tools such as Adobe.
In this role, you should be highly detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Prepare content to be published by moving copy and other assets into content
management system and create, edit and review web pages in the CMS
environment
● Create, edit and prepare to send email campaigns in collaboration with local
marketing managers
● Perform basic image preparation and manipulation
● Perform routine content maintenance, report technical errors occurring in the
Knowledge and Experience
● Experience with WordPress CMS or other .net based enterprise CMS is highly
desirable
● Previous experience in an international organization would be advantageous
● Working knowledge of image editing
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite for Business
● Proficiency with Adobe products
● Works well within a team environment: combined local- and distributed-team
effort required
● Process and results-oriented
● Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
● Works well-handling requests within a specific timeframe
