# # # **Step 1: Check Eligibility Criteria**
Before filling out the form, ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the UPSC CSE 2025:
1. **Nationality**:
- For IAS and IPS: Indian citizen.
- For other services: Indian citizen, Nepal/Bhutan subject, or Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962.
2. **Age Limit**:
- General category: 21 to 32 years (as of August 1, 2025).
- Age relaxation for reserved categories (OBC: 3 years, SC/ST: 5 years, PwBD: 10 years).
3. **Educational Qualification**:
- A bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Final-year students can also apply, provided they submit proof of passing before the mains exam.
