Plus Politics, Department of Political Science successfully organised a Mock Parliament session on 6th April, 2022 over Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019.
The Ghalib Auditorium became an anvil of robust discussion, debate and dissent with both the ruling party and opposition presenting contrasting faces of the issue at hand. The participants enthused such an energy, completely involved in their portfolios that the auditorium felt no less than the actual Parliament. Even the audience couldn't keep themselves from engaging in the discussion raging on the Parliament floor.
The session allowed the students from various departments to probe this national issue at depth.
