कानपुर के आलोक दीक्षित के खिलाफ कोचिंग फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया द्वारा 5 मई 2021 को कालकाजी पुलिस स्टेशन के समक्ष एक शिकायत दर्ज की गई थी, जिसमें उनके द्वारा कोचिंग फेडरेशन के मालिक होने के झूठे बहाने के तहत और कोचिंग फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया के लोगो और पहचान को धोखाधड़ी से चलाने, कॉपी करने का आरोप लगाया गया था।
शिकायत में कहा गया था कि श्री आलोक दीक्षित पहले कोचिंग फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया के सदस्य थे और बाद में बिना किसी पूर्व अनुमति के श्री दीक्षित ने संगठन के लोगो और पहचान को नकली बनाया और कोचिंग फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियन्स के नाम से एक संगठन बनाया।
इसके अलावा शिकायत में यह भी आरोप लगाया गया है कि श्री दीक्षित खुद को कोचिंग फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया के रूप में पेश करके जनता और संस्थानों से पैसे ले रहे हैं।

शिकायत में मांग की गई है कि श्री आलोक दीक्षित को कोचिंग फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया के नाम पर धन की हेराफेरी रोकने और विभिन्न सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमों और प्रेस मीट में उसी के नाम और लोगो का उपयोग बंद करने के लिए मजबूर किया जाए। आरोप है कि श्री आलोक दीक्षित का कपटपूर्ण संगठन भारत के कोचिंग फेडरेशन के नाम पर विभिन्न सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रम और बैठकें आयोजित कर रहा है और जनता को यह झूठा विश्वास दिला रहा है कि दोनों संगठन एक ही हैं |

शिकायत के अनुसार, दिल्ली में साकेत जिला अदालत ने मामले का संज्ञान लिया: "कोचिंग फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया बनाम आलोक दीक्षित और अन्य" (सीटी मामले 1225/2021) 13 सितंबर 2021 को, जिसमें मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट ने पुलिस को कार्रवाई की गई रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया। यह दिखाने के लिए कि पुलिस द्वारा मामले में आरोपी आलोक दीक्षित के खिलाफ पुलिस द्वारा क्या कदम उठाए गए थे। दिल्ली पुलिस को इस मामले में 8 अक्टूबर 2021 तक की गई कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

*गुजरात के माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री श्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह चूड़ास्मा जी से मुलाकात कर कोचिंग संस्थानो को फिर से खोलने के लिए सीएफआई का पत्र सौंपा*

सीएफआई जो कि कोचिंग फेडरेशन आफ इंडिया की राष्ट्र व्यापी संस्था है जो शिक्षक और कोचिंग के हित में कार्य करती है इसके *निदेशक आशिष गंभीर, गुजरात राज्य सचिव अमित वर्मा* ने *माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री श्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह चूड़ास्मा जी* से सीएफआई की तरफ से मिलकर कोचिंग को फिर से खोलने के लिए सीएफआई का पत्र सौंपा।

जिसमें उन्होंने मंत्री जी से विनम्रता पूर्वक राज्य में कोचिंग संस्थानों को पूरी तरह से बंद मामले की ओर उनका ध्यान आकर्षित किया और कहा कि अप्रैल महिने से कोचिंग पूर्ण रूप से बंद होने के बाद कोचिंग संस्थान में पढ़ाने वाले सभी शिक्षकों जो या तो फुल टाईम या पार्ट टाइम इस पेशे से जुड़े हुए हैं उनके लिए बेहद दर्दनाक स्थिति है।

कोचिंग संस्थानों के संचालक और उनके जरिये रोजगार पाए लोग भी इस समय बेकारी का दंश झेल रहे हैं और आगे भी स्थिति कुछ बेहतर होने की उन्हें उम्मीद नहीं दीख रही है।

साथ ही आग्रह किया कि सार्वजनिक उपयोगि जैसे रेस्तरां, होटल आदि 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ चल रहे हैं उसी तरह कोचिंग संस्थानों को भी 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ चलाने की अनुमति प्रदान की जाये।

गुजरात सरकार द्वारा कोचिंग चलाने के लिए सभी एसओपी का पालन करने का आश्वासन देते हैं।
