Our E-Schooling platform comes fully equipped with tools for a holistic operation of a school. Starting from administrative tools, to multi- user type portals to have maximum stakeholder involvement, to learning management systems, assessment management systems, reports and analytics models, communication tools and much more, the software can truly digitise our schools and fulfil the transformative mission.

Educators can carefully plan their curriculum, schedule quizzes, solve doubts and conduct their lectures, whereas students, no longer limited by geographic or time constraints, can access course materials and lectures whenever required.

E-learning can bring never before experienced flexibility to the school curriculum, students can learn at a pace more suited to their individual needs.

our E-School platform. It identifies the gap between direct consumer
positioned learning apps and administrative tools created for schools and creates an ecosystem software which takes every single school as a
unit and aims to digitise all the processes conducively.

Youth India E-School is proud to announce the collaboration with *Mo School* and *District Administration Sundargarh* for implementation of our E-School model which shall revolutionize the day to day operation of schools with a layer of digital infrastructure, a state of the art quality educational content and much more digital intervention to empower our students to be the next generation leaders from Odisha. As a pilot it is being implemented in *50* High Schools of Sundargarh District which had been transformed under the *High School Transformation Programme* of the *5T Citizen Charter*. We would like to thank *Vedanta Limited* for supporting this programme and helping us make this a reality. Importance of women Education in Rural India
As former prime minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru once said, “If you educate a man, you educate an individual, however, if you educate a woman, you educate a whole family. Women empowered means mother India empowered”. The role of women in society is equally significant as men. Be it as mother, daughter, sister, or wife, she plays each role with affection and care. She can hold powerful positions in society such as a leader, an educator, an entrepreneur and much more. She has an infinite potential to reform Society and the world.
She does not afraid to take up the challenge and conquer the hurdles with her dedication. The participation of women in the development of a Nation is quite essential. Whether it is Politics and sports or education and economy, the presence of women can bring phenomenal contributions in every field. Education plays a vital role in empowering women. An Educated woman can bring remarkable reforms to society. It is important to encourage women for education and ensure their equal participation in society and the progress of a nation.
In the context of Rural India, women face several social issues such as gender discrimination, child marriage, dowry system, domestic violence etc. There are various social barriers in rural areas of India for women. There is a need for female education in Remote areas to eliminate various social problems and develop multiple opportunities for them. India’s development needs the participation of women which can achieve by educating them.
Educating and empowering women can help to build a progressive family, society and nation. An educated woman can help to uplift many lives. Therefore, Rural India requires to empower women by building education and employment opportunities for them. Allowing women to show up their potential and contribute to the welfare of the nation.
Importance of women’s education in Rural India.
1. Social development: Educating women can help them to eradicate various social stigmas and develop a progressive and inclusive society. An educated woman is aware of her fundamental Rights and she can fight for her justice. she does have to depend on or get suppressed by anyone. She will be more empowered to participate in crucial roles in society. For instance, contesting for elections or filing a police complaint against crime.
2. Gender equality: Education helps to get aware of fundamental rights and duties. Educated women will be more encouraged to participate and contribute to their field of interest. Through Education, Women will get aware of various opportunities, that can help them to grow and contribute to the welfare of the society and nation. Education supports maintaining the equal participation of men and women in society.
3. Economic development: Women Education plays a vital role in developing the economy of the country. Educated and skilled women workforce will be able to participate in various economic activities. This will ultimately impact the country’s economic growth and prosperity.
4. Improved living standards: As women will get educated and skilled, they will be able to get engaged in various economic activities. Education can help women to become financially independent and raises their standard of living.
5. Decrease in Infant and maternal mortality: well-educated women (with more knowledge of health care and fewer pregnancies) are less likely to die during pregnancy, childbirth, or during the postpartum period. Literate women will be more informed about different health issues and the appropriate treatments. Hence, women education will help in reducing Infant and maternal mortality rates.
Role of Digital Learning in women education and empowerment
As Pandemic arrived in the year 2020, all educational institutes moved to digital mode of learning. E-learning has become an alternative to traditional methods of learning. Digital education is more accessible and inexpensive compared to traditional learning. Students can access their learning resources from the comfort of their homes.
Digital learning can play a major role in women education and empowerment. As the Digital mode of learning is more accessible, it can reach remote areas easily. Digital learning includes a more practical approach and it helps understand concepts clearly. Women will be more encouraged to pursue education through E-learning. Ultimately, it will empower women to grab several opportunities and contribute to their family, society and Nation.
The government of India can build a digital learning infrastructure for supporting women education and empowerment. By Increasing Education Expenditure, Access to the Internet in Remote areas, Providing digital learning Resources etc. The Government can guide women to get educated and participate in various opportunities.
Inspiring women personalities in the field of Education
1. Savitribai Phule: Savitribai Phule was India's first female teacher and a role model for all women everywhere. It's important to remember that in the early days of India, women had very limited access to education. Savitribai Phule overcame all societal obstacles to reach her goals. Savitribai Phule and Jyotibai Phule both ran three separate schools for girls in Pune by the end of 1851. Combined, the three schools enrolled about 150 students.
2. Chandraprabha Saikiani: Chandraprabha Saikiani tells an incredible story about how she overcame all barriers to get an education. She began her endeavour at the age of 13 after completing her studies. Her enormous contribution to education continues to be vital in the state of Assam. She founded the Assam Pradeshik Mahila Samiti, which is still active today. Tezpur University, Assam also established the Chandraprabha Saikiani Centre for Women Studies in 2009.
3. Vimala Kaul: Vimala Kaul has spent virtually her whole life as a teacher. She was retired at the age of 81, but she chose not to enjoy her retirement and instead started a school for the needy with her husband. She opted to teach children from the slums and opened Guldasta School in a Municipality Park in Delhi in 1993.
4. Roshni Mukherjee: Roshni Mukherjee is another well-known name in the field of women's education. Roshni founded “ExamFear Education” after realising that, while not everyone can afford a good education, the internet can reach people all over the world. As a result, she established a virtual school on the internet, which reaches thousands of eager students all over the world. She started releasing her teaching videos to YouTube in 2011 and quickly received excellent feedback, so she decided to devote her entire time to “ExamFear”.
Conclusion:
women can play a remarkable role in transforming society and the nation. A woman can show her phenomenal capabilities with the opportunities provided to her. We as a society should come forward to encourage and educate women and they will overcome the challenges and outshine.
