From Mission to Impact: Translating Military Leadership into Enterprise Value

It was a pleasure to welcome back Ms. Anjali Rathee, FMS alumna, Ex-IAF, and Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, for an engaging masterclass with the defence officers of the General Management Programme at FMS, University of Delhi.

Her journey from the Indian Air Force to FMS and now to Capgemini made the session particularly meaningful for our officers. She shared valuable insights on translating military experience into corporate leadership, navigating career transitions, and identifying opportunities in the corporate sector.

The session also offered practical guidance on exploring career opportunities at Capgemini and understanding how skills gained through military service can create strong value in the corporate world.

It was wonderful to see an FMS alumna return to her alma mater and share her experience with the next generation of leaders.
