Vidyadhara recently conducted a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness training program at Learnet Skills Institute in Delhi, with a diverse group of participants including students, trainers as well as the institute management staff.
The session focused on understanding the POSH Act, recognizing inappropriate behaviour, knowing the available mechanisms for reporting concerns, and understanding our shared responsibility in creating a safe and respectful work environment.
What made the session meaningful was to see everyone participating whole heartedly in the discussions, with a clear focus on thorough implementation.

We were privileged to conduct an Interactive POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) Awareness & Sensitization Training for the dedicated team of Paramhansa Yogananda Public Charitable Trust at Vrindavan.

The session brought together both office and grassroots field staff, with a significant participation of women who work tirelessly to serve communities every day. Through engaging discussions, practical scenarios, and open conversations, we focused on:

✅ Understanding the POSH Act, 2013
✅ Rights and responsibilities of employees and employers
✅ Identifying and preventing workplace harassment
✅ Building a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion
✅ Creating safe spaces where every voice is heard
