A very Happy Guru Purnima to all the people in my life. Each one of you has given me a lesson and helped be become better in ways that only I know of.

Guru Purnima is a day of expressing gratitude to all gurus, mentors, and teachers who have taught us important and essential lessons of life and helped us grow, achieve our Goals and become successful.

But it is also important to acknowledge one self today and use this day as a day of self-reflection and introspection of how far we have come in our journey. We recognize our own journey of learning, self-discovery, and personal development. It's an opportunity to appreciate the efforts you have put into your own growth and development.

It is an act of self-compassion and reminds you to be kind to yourself, acknowledging that you are a work in progress and that learning is a lifelong process. It allows you to celebrate your achievements and milestones while also recognizing that there is always room for improvement.

Expressing gratitude helps cultivate a sense of self-appreciation and self-love. When we appreciate ourselves, we are better equipped to appreciate and value the guidance and teachings we receive from others.

Dear All,

We are hiring trainers for Process & Product Training. The incumbent should have 2-3 years of experience as a Process trainer.
The incumbent should:
1. Be Fluent in English and second language to be Hindi.
2. Delivered training in the past
3. 2-3 years of work experience as a trainer
4. Preferably from Delhi/NCR. However, since the training are virtual can be from other locations as well
5. Immediate joining
6. This is a contractual assignment for 2 months (which will be 6 days a week and 9 hours a day)
