To be successful at anything in life, it is important that we prepare well. Same rule applies to IELTS perperation too! It is important to dedicate time and learn the techniques to solve each question type, work on improving overall English proficiency, practice all modules and get a feedback from an IELTS experts, work on given feedback and make progress.

Speaking Part 1 of IELTS Speaking is an introduction/interview round where you could be asked questions related to you and your country on the topics mentioned in the post.

Make sure to prepare ideas for these topics but don't memorise complete answer. Your answer should sound natural when you speak.

In IELTS exam word count plays an important role in marking. Therefore, SAVE today's post so that you avoid silly mistakes and don't lose marks.

IELTS listening and reading test use the same word count system whereas there is a slight difference in writing. Each point explains the system with examples.

For each set of questions there will be a word limit given. For example "Write no more than two words and/or a number". In this you can wrote one word answers, two words answers or a combination of one or two words with a number or just a number on its own.

Always read the instructions carefully and highlight them so don't make a mistake. Check out whether it's is written "a number" or "numbers."
