A heartwarming family entertainer, Chillar Party tells the story of a lively group of children living in a Mumbai housing society. Carefree and mischievous, their world turns serious when they befriend Bhidu, a poor boy, and his stray dog, Bhidu’s closest companion. When the authorities threaten to get rid of the dog, the kids come together in an unexpected, brave fight against injustice.
