It is a vibrant tapestry of colors woven together to honor the LGBTQ+ community and their invaluable contributions to society. Many-a-times these colors' actual deeper meaning gets lost which actually stands for a lot more than just parades and rainbows. It is a call to embrace our unique identities and stand united against discrimination, prejudice, and inequality, a beacon of hope, guiding us toward a world where love knows no boundaries and where every individual can live their truth without fear or shame and much more.

We are immensely grateful to have had the privilege of hosting Ms. Megha Mehta, a Senior HR Consultant and India Diversity Lead at Orange Business, for a truly enlightening Guest Lecture. Ms. Mehta's insightful discourse on the subject of Neurodiversity, its practical applications, and how it can enable organizations to thrive was a truly enriching experience.

Thanks to Ms. Mehta's guidance and mentorship, we were able to learn a great deal about the importance of Diversity and Inclusion practices, as well as the models and examples that can be employed to foster these values in the workplace.

Sanghra-The D&I Cell, established to promote wellness, counseling, and development of PWD and LGBTQIA+ students of Delhi School of Economics, is pleased to announce a seminar on "Financial Independence" in association with the Society of Financial Independence (SOFI).

We are excited to have Raghuveer Nath sir, the founder of SOFI with us to demonstrate the art and science of "Financial Independence" with his diversified experience in the field.

Raghuveer sir is a Vice President at the International Institute of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions (IIVPM). He trains several board-level and senior management of large multinational corporations in the United Kingdom and Singapore, in financial disciplines such as equity valuation, private equity, and deal structuring.
He has also conducted several masterclasses in partnership with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) to spread financial literacy. He has trained over 7,500 people from all walks of life, including judges, lawyer, bureaucrats, and doctors, in financial literacy and planning. He has trained hundreds of IAS, IRS, IRAS, IPS, and CRPF officers in the Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA).
He is a corporate lawyer by training and has co-authored a book with Cambridge University Press. Raghuveer has done his Master's in Law from the University of Oxford and has completed the Advanced Valuation course at New York University.

It was a memorable day for us. We, Sanghra- The D&I Cell, got the blessings and motivation to fulfill the objective of the cell by the Chief Guest (Mrs. Shruti Swaroop), the Guest of honour & Sponsor (Mr. Raghuveer Nath), our respected Prof VK Shrotryia and Advisor of the cell (Prof H K Dangi).

The inaugural ceremony went really well with the spirit of the team and the students who were there to support that auspicious start.

A big thank you to our chief guest and guest of honour for their valuable time and support at the inauguration.

We are looking forward to more such collaborations and support in the future for the betterment of the cell.
