हमारे समाज में शिक्षक को हमेशा एक पथ प्रदर्शक के रूप में देखा जाता है, जो विद्यार्थियों को न केवल शिक्षा देते हैं, बल्कि उन्हें जीवन के विभिन्न पहलुओं से भी अवगत कराते हैं। जब बात कंप्यूटर विज्ञान की आती है, तो एक शिक्षक का योगदान और भी महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है। कंप्यूटर विज्ञान एक ऐसा क्षेत्र है, जो न केवल तकनीकी कौशल सिखाता है, बल्कि भविष्य की दिशा को भी प्रभावित करता है।
इसी कारण से 19 दिसंबर को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कंप्यूटर साइंस शिक्षक दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
