Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, in collaboration with the NEK Mission Foundation (an alumni-led initiative of the Faculty of Law), is set to launch Project Saksham 4.0, India’s largest legal aid initiative.
The launch will be graced by Prof. (Dr.) Anju Vali Tikoo, Adv. Parmeshwari Kumari Dhayal, Adv. Dinesh Chand Meena, and Executive Team Members Mr. Aman Kumar, Mr. Dishant Tiwari, and Mr. Mayank Chaudhary.
With an expanding presence across 11 states, 33+ cities, and a dedicated network of 2500+ volunteers, Project Saksham 4.O aims to advance legal literacy and make access to justice a reality for every citizen.
Building on the success of Project Saksham 3.O, this edition will further strengthen its outreach through nationwide legal camps, workshops, and awareness drives.
A decisive step toward ensuring justice for all.

Five Days (40 Hours) Mediation Training Program organized by the Faculty of Law,
University of Delhi under the aegis of the MCPC, Supreme Court of India
A five Days (40 Hours) Mediation Training Program was organized for the faculty members
of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi under the aegis of the Mediation and Conciliation
Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India from 28 November to 2 December
2025. Senior Trainers, Mr. J.P. Sengh, Senior Advocate & Senior Mediator and Mrs. Veena
Ralli, Advocate & Senior Mediator imparted this training through discussions, role plays,
simulation exercises, mock sessions and audio-visuals which ensured that each session was
experiential and engaging for all the participants.
This Training Program strengthens the institutional capacity with respect to mediation and
allied ADR mechanisms amongst the faculty members. Success of this Training Program is
largely owing to the active indulgence of the Hon’ble Chairman and Secretary of the MCPC,
Supreme Court of India. 38 faculty members participated in this Training Program.

Dr. Rohit Moonka, Assistant Professor (Selection Grade), Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law was invited by the Gujarat National Law University for taking sessions for the participants of PG Diploma in Medical Law, Policy, and Ethics course offered jointly by GNLU in association with Indian Medical Association for the Medical Practitioners on 29th March, 2025 at GNLU, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. His sessions focused on the legal framework governing the medical profession in India.
