We often use made from when we talk about how something is manufactured:

Plastic is made from oil.

The earliest canoes were made from tree trunks.

Made of

We use made of when we talk about the basic material or qualities of something. It has a meaning similar to ‘composed of’:

She wore a beautiful necklace made of silver.

What’s this table made of?

B:

It’s oak, American white oak.

A:

It’s lovely.

Made out of

We usually use made out of when we talk about something that has been changed or transformed from one thing into another:

In the 1970s, it was popular to have candle-holders made out of wine bottles.

They were living in tents made out of old plastic sheets.

Made with

We use made with most often to talk about the ingredients of food and drink:

This dish is made with beef, red peppers and herbs.

lets discuss about the PRESENT INDEFINITE today.
It is also called THE SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE.
The Present indefinite shows our present habits.
We can also use the following adverbs to make the meaning of such sentences more clear.
ADVERBS;
ALWAYS,SOMETIMES,GENERALLY,FREQUENTLY,OFTEN,RARELY,SELDOM,HARDLY,USUALLY,OCCASIONALLY.DAILY,EVERY DAY,EVERY SUNDAY,AGAIN AND AGAIN,REGULARLY,PUNCTUALLY,EVER,NEVER etc.
(please look up the meaning of these words in a dictionary).
How to use The above mentioned ADVERBS in a sentence.
There are three common ways to use them.some of them are used after the objects or at the end of the sentences.eg, DAILY,REGULARLY,PUNCTUALLY,EVERYDAY,AGAIN AND AGAIN.TIME ANE TIME AGAIN etc.
Some are used just before the verb ist.
eg,OFTEN,SOMETIMES,FREQUENTLY,SELDOM,HARDLY,NEVER,EVER,ALWAYS,USUALLY,OCCASIONALLY,GENERALLY etc.
Sometime some of them are used before the subject to emphasize these adverbs.eg,GENERALLY etc.
NEVER is used only in Negative or interrogative nagative sentences whereas
EVER is used in interrogative sentences only. The remaining adverbs find their use in affirmative.negative,interrogative sentences.but r mostly seen in affirmative or interrogative sentences.
There r generally 4 kinds of sentences spoken in a particular tense,these are:affirmative sentences,negative sentences,interrogative n interrogative negative sentences.we will discuss every tense in all these four ways one by one n in details.we will dedicate one week to a particular tense to grab n comprehend it perfectly.we will focus on simple day to day examples to achieve fluency throught lots n lots of examples daily.
lets first discuss affirmative sentences in the present indefinite tense. U will be provided with the structure of the sentence.make it sure that u have fully understood the structure n the positions of the parts of the sentence before practising in ur copy as well as orally.do as much practice as u can with all the basic verbs that r frequently used in life.

a)Affirmative sentences:
1. Subject+(adverb)+vi + other words(object+adverbs including place n time).

Consider the following examples:practice with( GO) 1.I go to park at 7 in the morning daily.
2. we go to school by bus daily.
3.you go to office regularly.
4.He goes to the village every year on Diwali.
5.she goes to drop her son at school daily.
6.It goes to the field daily.
7.they go to dance class daily.
8. Anand goes to gym in the morning daily.
9.sita goes to cinema on every sunday.
10.the children go to park in the afternoon daily.
Note:1. there r three types of subjects.these are the FIRST PERSON(I,WE),the SECOND PERSON(YOU),and the THIRD PERSON(HE.SHE,IT,THEY,ANY SINGULAR or PLURAL NAME).
2.the THIRD PERSON SINGULAR(HE,SHE,IT,ANY SINGULAR NAME) takes S or ES after Verb Ist. Now the ball is in ur court.take ur copy out n practice with the sentences.
