Glimpses from our Independence Day celebrations!
It was an honour to welcome Col. Lalit Chamola, Sena Medal (Retd) as the Chief Guest today.
The celebrations began with the unfurling of the National Flag, followed by a proud march past and the National Anthem. The spirit of patriotism continued through inspiring student performances, before we celebrated and felicitated our achievers for their remarkable accomplishments.
A day filled with pride and celebration as we came together to honour our nation and the values that unite us.

Independence Day is an opportunity for our students to celebrate the values that make our nation stronger; freedom, unity, responsibility and respect for those who dedicated their lives to our country.

Our alumnus, Shamridh Bhujel (Batch of 2025), brought home the Gold Medal at the prestigious Late Jaspal Rana Memorial India Open Shooting Championship.
Competing against more than 5,000 shooters from across the country, Samriddh secured the top position in the 10m Pistol (Men) category with an impressive score of 372/400.
Congratulations, Shamridh, your achievement is an inspiration for every GRDian.
