We've surpassed our initial goal of raising $5,000 USD by reaching $6,000 USD (4 lakh rupees) thanks to 69 generous donors! That tremendous outpouring of support has earned JMMS a permanent place on GlobalGiving so that we may continue gathering donations. And so we've ambitiously increased our goal to $10,000 USD. Please join the caring community that has rallied to ignite rural minds by making a gift in these last 6 days of our campaign. And please share our success! Let's build on this momentum!

Dental check-up camp held in John Martyn Memorial School
A dental check -up camp was held John Martyn Memorial School. Being from the under-privileged families, dental hygiene and care is not often in the parents' list of priorities. Usually the children are taken to a dentist only when there is an emergency. Even tooth-decay is ignored and the situations worsen as they grow up into adulthood.
Dentist Mandeep Jolly of Paediatric Dental Care visited the school with his staff and conducted dental check-up of all the students and staff. In his interactions, the Dentist commented on how the habit of eating junk food combined with lack of proper awareness and guidance is putting our students at risk today.
