Scallion pancakes are one of the famous known food in Asian Countries made with whole purpose flour and Scallions,
So here is my version :
made with whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour + Gramflour ( Roasted ) + ghee , salt knead dough.
✓ it's healthy and filling for kids
✓ an adaptable and forgiving recipe my version of Indian food
✓ easy to make
✓ stuffed & rolled pancakes can be frozen. (thaw before frying)
✓ the recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.
Tasty Tuesday : Scallion Gramflour Pancakes + Steamed Broccoli corn Salad + Strawberries along Salt pepper Fresh Cucumber Corriander water
