With deep sorrow, we would like to inform about the passing away of our dear director Mr. Ravi Narang Sir today.
He was a tireless and quintessential man who inspired thousands of children. The school and it's students benefitted from his power,vision and passion. We cannot even count the number of lives that he has touched and changed. Brightlands School, which began in 1958, is still counted among the top schools of India. 'Vidyaev Balam' (Knowledge is Strength) is not only the motto of the school but words that each student of this institution lives by. It was his vision shared by the teachers that made it possible for the school to set new academic records with each passing year.
However, despite this great loss, we, the staff and students of Brightlands School are committed to carrying forth his dream and his mission to keep the legacy of Brightlands alive.

Like a rare gem found in the depths of the earth. You are one of those jewels of whom there is a dearth like a prized possession. Always kept safe and secure, your teachings and lessons will be in our hearts for sure. We couldn't have asked for a better mentor or a more inspirational guide to help us shape our futures. We would like you to know that u may be leaving Brightlands , but u'll remain in our hearts forever.
