I am dreaming of playing with colors and gulal,
It is the Holi celebration after all.
I can't play inside my home, the carpets will get tainted,
I cant' play it in the yard, the grass and outer walls will get painted.
I thought I would go to the temple,
and enjoy the traditional Holi festivities,
Once again I am banned from playing with colors inside the temple,
I can't play the drums and sing 'Holi hai' outside, as the neighbors don't like the noise.
Little disappointed, I head for the community centre,
they have the Holi celebration in the evening,
The kids perform and remind me of my cultural heritage,
I hear all the nice Holi songs and watch dances,
I enjoy Puas(sweets) and Goat meat curry as a special Holi treat,
but I still miss the colors and Gulal on my face. happy holi to all mlzs students and teachers

volumes of satisfaction to note that the Mount Litera Zee School Dehradun are proving themselves in every sphere, certainty it is their
talents that are proven .
In Upanaishads the virtues of humanity are greatly
emphasized. Vidhya Dadati Vinayam- knowledge gives humility is one of
the message of our seers.Vidhya gives Veerta and Parakram ie valour
and when a nation and the society are facing challengers, it's the
duty of a virtuous citizen, who has imbibed good values in the school,
to stand up in the defence of nation's integrity and people's safety
and welfare.Woodrow Wilson said, "We grow great by dreams".All big men are dreamers. They see things in the soft haze of a spring day or in the red fire on a long winter's evening. Some of us
let these great dreams die but others nourish them and protect them,nourish them through bad days until they bring them to the sunshine
and light which come always to those who sincerely believe that their dreams will come true.I too have a dream, a dream to see this school to help every litera student to reach the echelons of success and
blaze forth like a shinning star in the firmament and take all of you to your rightful place in society and this great nation.
