UIT got "Institute with Best Infrastructure" award in National Uttarakhand Education Awards which were held yesteday by UTU and CMAI in the survey of india auditorium,its a great achievement for our colg .......

UIT PRESENTS TECH FEST 2013

All students of B. Tech may note that the Institute will have winter vacation for students after the University examinations of Odd Semester 2012-13 are over and will re-open on 28th January, 2013. All students are required to report
to the Institute on 28th January, 2013 at the Registrar Office and the classes for Even Semester 2012-13 will commence from the same day. All students are required to attend their classes regularly from 28th January, 2013 in proper dress with identity card displayed. They may note that they are required to maintain attendance in classes strictly as per University norms (i.e. Minimum 75%).

UIT was the leader in terms of gold medals for B.tech in yesterday's held UTU's convocation,UIT got 3,DIT,COER AND GBPEC got 2 and tula's ,quantum and KEC dwarahat got 1 gold medal respectively,its a great achievement for our colg,UIT rocks :)

UIT's Akanksha farswan of ECE branch has scored the maximum percentage in graduation in the state i.e "84.58 %" and would even be awarded with gold medal on the recently going to be held UTU's annual convocation,congrats to her for this great achievement ........

More than 1300 UIT'ians now connected to this page,but still quite less as compared to page of other colleges,come on other UIT'ians connect to this page and make ur college a force to reckon with......

4th year students having less than 50 % attendance and 3rd year students having less than 60 % attendance r debarred from these sessionals .........

Ragging Is strictly prohibited in UIT,any one found indulging in Ragging would be subject to severe punishment.

Result of B.tech 8th sem is declared,congratulations to "Dushyant Ghuildiyal" of Mechanical Engineering and "Atul Joshi" of ECE for securing over 90%,u have made us all so proud .......
