A workshop on traffic rules, underage driving, and its consequences was conducted at Shikshankur The Global School on 25th May, 2026. The Traffic Inspector sensitized the children about the importance of following traffic rules and the dangers of reckless and underage driving. The session proved to be highly informative and impactful, making the children more aware and responsible citizens. The children pledged not to risk their own lives or the lives of others by breaking traffic rules.

"विचारों से ही क्रांति जन्म लेती है" — इसी भाव को चरितार्थ करते हुए दिनांक 21 मई 2026 को विद्यालय प्रांगण में कक्षा 9 से 11 के विद्यार्थियों हेतु अंतर-सदनीय हिंदी वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। इस वर्ष का विषय "क्या डिजिटल युग में नैतिक शिक्षा अप्रासंगिक हो गई है?"
वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्य में अत्यंत प्रासंगिक एवं चिंतनपरक रहा।
वैचारिक मंथन का मंच
प्रतियोगिता में चारों सदनों — धरा सदन, अग्नि सदन, अम्बर सदन एवं पवन सदन — के मेधावी वक्ताओं ने पूर्ण आत्मविश्वास एवं तार्किकता के साथ भाग लिया। किसी ने पक्ष में स्वर बुलंद करते हुए कहा कि मोबाइल की स्क्रीन ने संस्कारों की लौ को धीमा कर दिया है, तो किसी ने विपक्ष में खड़े होकर सिद्ध किया कि नैतिकता का संबंध युग से नहीं, चेतना से है। तकनीक तो केवल माध्यम है, दिशा तो मनुष्य स्वयं तय करता है।
तर्कों की गूँज
वक्ताओं ने गंभीरता से बताया कि कैसे साइबर अपराध, ट्रोलिंग एवं आभासी दुनिया ने संवेदनाओं को कुंद किया है। AI एवं नैतिकता के सह-अस्तित्व पर प्रकाश डाला, वहीं तीव्र गति से बदलते समाज में गुरु-शिष्य परंपरा की नई व्याख्या प्रस्तुत की।

Grade XII Psychology children recently visited *Nidaan — The Psychological Services* for an educational exposure session led by Dr. Rashi Bhatnagar. The visit was organized to provide the children with practical insight into the field of psychology and mental health services.
During the session, they were introduced to case-history taking and the Mental Status Examination (MSE), gaining a clear understanding of how concepts learned in class are applied in professional practice. They also interacted with psychology interns, which offered valuable career perspectives and first‑hand exposure to day-to-day work in the field.
Interactive activities and quizzes made the session both engaging and informative, enhancing children participation and learning. Overall, the visit was a meaningful and enriching experience that broadened their understanding of psychology beyond the classroom.

*Football Club* 🏟️
The *Grade-IX* Football Club was full of energy and excitement. Children learned basic football skills such as *passing*, *receiving*, and *turning with the ball* through different drills and practice sessions. After completing the drills, they played *inter-section matches* where they showcased their teamwork and talent. All the children participated enthusiastically and enjoyed the club activities very much. The sessions helped improve their confidence, coordination, and love for the game. ⚽

🌸✨ Funderstanding Day in Grade II-D! ✨🌸
Our Grade II-D little learners had a joyful and interactive Funderstanding Day filled with fun, learning, and beautiful memories! 🎉📚
The event began with a cheerful Welcome Song 🎶 followed by a calming Mindfulness Activity 🧘♀️💫. Children confidently presented English on Punctuation ✏️, Hindi on “Bhasha aur Uske Roop” 📖, Math Number Carnival 🔢🎡, and EVS on Parts of the Plant 🌱🍃.
Parents enthusiastically participated in fun games like Find Your Child’s Smile 😊📸 and the Name Puzzle Search Activity 🔍🧩, making the session exciting and engaging for everyone.
The celebration became extra special with a lovely Mother’s Day Dance ✨, where children also presented handmade bouquets 💐 to their mothers. Mothers then joined their little ones for a joyful dance, creating heartwarming memories together. ✨
The day ended with happy smiles, wonderful parent feedback 🌟, and lots of proud moments for our little stars! ✨

✨ *“Little minds learning with joy, big hearts growing with love.”* ✨
Children of *Grade 2 A* showcased their understanding in a fun way and spread joy and love around them.
The program began with a cheerful *welcome song* 🎶, followed by a *calming mindfulness activity* 🧘♀️ that helped children feel relaxed and confident. They then showcased their learning of *basic concepts of Math* 🔢, demonstrated their understanding of *Common and Proper Nouns* 🔤, and presented their knowledge of *Hindi Matras* (मात्राएँ) 📝 in an engaging and interactive manner.
Parents became a part of the learning journey 👨👩👧👦 as they actively participated by creating shabd using different akshars, making the experience more meaningful and collaborative. The excitement continued with a fun *“Catch the Ball”* game 🎯, where learning through play made the concepts more enjoyable and easy to understand.
Children confidently expressed their ideas, showing concept clarity and confidence through their participation and interactions. The session concluded with *joyful singing and dancing* 💃🎤, filling the environment with happiness and positivity.

Grade VI-A had an amazing session as they made cars using magnets and matchbox. They used their knowledge of magnets and made cars that move with the help of magnets. 🚓It was a fun filled session that focused on creativity, team work and covers some 21st century skills. 🚓🏎🟀

Our little stars of Grade Nursery had a joyful and exciting “Funderstanding Showcase” 🎉 based on the beautiful storybook ✨ The Tiny Seed .
It was a wonderful celebration of everything the children have explored and learned during their first one and a half months in school. 🌈📚
The tiny learners confidently showcased their understanding of seeds and plants 🌱, enacting how a tiny seed grows into a beautiful flower with the help of ☀️ sunlight, 💧 water, 🌬️ air, and 🌍 soil.
The showcase also highlighted:
* 🎨 Recognition of different colours
* 🐍 Sorting out objects beginning with “s” sound from Jolly Phonics
* 🎵 Rhymes, movement, and interactive learning
The children spoke adorably about rhe diffrent landforms like mountain , desert , sea .They displayed growing confidence and curiosity. 🌟😊
It was truly heartwarming to see our tiny buds blooming beautifully with learning, creativity, and happiness! 🌷💚

Funderstanding Program – Grade 2B ✨
The Funderstanding Program in Grade 2B was a wonderful celebration of learning, creativity, and confidence. Parents were invited to witness how children learn concepts in an engaging and joyful manner through activities, role plays and hands-on learning experiences. The classroom came alive as children proudly showcased their learning from different subjects through performances and interactive presentations.
In English , children performed an exciting role play on punctuation marks where they became “Punctuation Detectives.” Characters like Officer Dot, Officer Hook, Detective Dash, and Officer Flash explained the importance of punctuation marks in a fun and creative way. Their confident expressions and dialogues made learning grammar enjoyable for everyone.
In Hindi , children beautifully presented Hindi ki Ginti through a colourful Chuk-Chuk Train🚂 and a creative Ginti Ka Charkha. They confidently explained Hindi numbers while using engaging teaching aids prepared during classroom activities. Their enthusiasm and clear presentation impressed all the parents.
The learning journey then moved to Mathematics 🔢, where children explained the concept of Expanded Form using different TLMs (Teaching Learning Materials). They demonstrated place value concepts in a simple and interactive manner, making mathematical learning easy to understand and enjoyable.
The classroom was then transformed into a lively garden during the EVS presentation. Children became different parts of a plant 🌱such as roots, stem, leaves, flowers, 🌸and seeds. Through actions and enactments, they explained how each part helps a plant 🌿survive and grow. They also demonstrated how plants respond to different weather conditions like rain🌧️ wind🌬️ and sunlight☀️, making the activity highly interactive and informative.
The program concluded with a heart-touching Mother’s Day 🌸surprise dance. The children dedicated their performance to their mothers to express love❤️ and gratitude for all their care and efforts. The emotional performance filled the room with smiles and tears of joy, making it a truly memorable ending to the program.
The Funderstanding✨ Program was a proud moment for both children and teachers as it beautifully reflected the creativity, confidence, teamwork, and learning journey of the children of Grade 2B.🌹
