The celebration began with the solemn Lighting of the Lamp and the Flag Hoisting ceremony conducted by the Principal, Mrs. Manju Grover. Following the hoisting, the School Choir stirred patriotic feelings across the venue by performing cherished patriotic melodies: Sare Jahan Se Acha, Tiranga, and Kadam Kadam. The choir featured vibrant performances by choir members Rudransh Tomar, Nihaal Sarpal, Roma Bakshi, Aarav Godiyal, Aahana Gurung, Aisha Bhatt, Sashvi Chauhan, Aaradhya Vaid, Vedika Thapa, Arpit Singh, Aashvi Rajvanshi, Garima Ahuja, Vaishnavi Arya, Shreyash Kala, Sukant Verma, Pari Chopra, Anushika, Sanshi Agarwal, Aarav Thapa, and Tanmay Shah.
Young learners from Class 2 shared an empowering message during their Slogan Presentation: "Proud to be an Indian; strong united we build a better tomorrow". The Class 2 participants included Mohd Maaz, Viraj Thapa, Atharv Sati, Ayansh Thapa, Aaradhya Thapa, Aksh*t Singh, Vidhi Sood, Anubhi, Amaira Pal, Aaradhya Singh, Amanya Rawal, and Ayansh Singh Chauhan.
Inspirational speeches were delivered in English by Tegbeer Singh (XI Commerce), Ridham Gaur (IX Science), and Tanvi Semwal (Class V), while Hindi speeches were delivered by Aksh*ta Rawat (IX Commerce) and Aaradhya Negi (Class VIII). A captivating English Poem Recitation was delivered by Arpita Nautiyal (Class IV), Vyom Rawat (Class III), Vinayak Sood (Class III), and Ayansh Chauhan (Class II).
The event featured dynamic dance performances representing classical, classical-fusion, and energetic modern genres:
1. Ganesh Vandana (Solo Dance): Performed gracefully by Yashika Kashyap of Class 12.
2. Semi-Classical Mashup: Presented by Class 7 students Rida Akhtar, Kavya Arora, Shreen Khan, Aarohi Binjola, Anshika Thapa, and Ashmita Kohli.
3. Freestyle Dance Performance: High-energy routine performed by Class 11 to iconic tracks like Jayatu Janani, Jai Ho!, and India Wale.
Students portrayed national heroes and freedom fighters through engaging theatrical skits:
โข Bhagat Singh Scene: A dramatic reenactment depicting the sacrifice of India's revolutionary freedom fighters, featuring Aditya Rawat (XI Science) / Aditya Rawal as Bhagat Singh, Adi Akhtar (XI Science) as Raj Guru, Rehaan Faruqi (XII Science) as Sukhdev, and Vaibhav Saini (XII Science) as Jailer.
โข Captain Vikram Batra Skit: A tribute commemorating the heroic courage of Kargil War hero Captain Vikram Batra, starring Shourya Pant (XI Science) as Captain Vikram Batra, Ish*ta Gurung (XI Science) as Sister / Neighbor, Khushi Negi (XI Science) as Neighbor, and Tejasvi Jakhmola (XI Science) as Mother. The soldiers were played by Shourya Joshi (XI Science), Veer Kant, Viraj, Vansh, Aarav Pant, Sarthik, Aaradhya, and Umar (Class IX Science/Commerce). Additional supporting cast included Aaradhya Yadav (Class VIII), Aarav Pant (Class VIII), Vansh Shah (Class IX), Viraj Tomar (Class IX), and Sarthik Arora (Class VIII).
The day showcased thrilling athletic displays and a grandeur finale:
โข Pyramid Formation: Class IX Science and Commerce students created impressive human pyramids demonstrating teamwork, strength, and discipline. Participants included Paavan, Sugandeep, Mohd Umar, Ishwar Kumar Sharma, Mannan Asgar, Sagar Singh, Ekansh Sharma, Abhijay Dhiman, Aadhy Singh, Ridham Gaur, Veer Kant, and Abhiraj Tomar.
โข Flag Performance (Class 12): A majestic flag routine performed by senior Class 12 students Aayansh Arora, Nipun Shah, Akshat Pawar, Naman Bhutani, Vaibhav Saini, Jayaditya Dhundara, and Ansh Chauhan.
The celebration concluded on an inspiring note, reminding every attendee of the sacrifices made for independence and the collective duty to build a bright future for the nation.
