Mental health awareness begins with informed conversations.

DBS Global University, in collaboration with CII and Young Indians (Yi), is hosting a session on “Mental Health and Substance Abuse” with Dr. Divya Ghai Chopra, Consultant Psychiatrist, Mind Heal and Mind Heal Plus Clinic.

The session aims to help students better understand mental well-being, recognise the risks associated with substance abuse, and encourage responsible, informed choices.

DBS Global University × IIT Ropar | Building a Two-Way Innovation Ecosystem

DBS Global University has entered into a strategic collaboration with IIT Ropar to create deeper opportunities for student learning, entrepreneurship, technology exposure and faculty development.

The collaboration is designed to enable meaningful academic exchange between both institutions — with opportunities for BBA students to engage with entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, exposure to emerging technologies such as drones, internships, expert interactions, institutional visits, faculty development programmes and specialised workshops.

The partnership will also bring experts and academic engagement from IIT Ropar into the DBS Global University ecosystem, creating more opportunities for our students and faculty to learn, interact and collaborate.

This MoU represents more than an institutional association. It is a step towards building a stronger ecosystem where business education meets technology, entrepreneurship meets innovation, and classroom learning connects with real-world exposure.

Prelude 2026 – Orientation Day 1 was designed to help our future business leaders begin with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

The day featured insightful sessions on personal self-discovery through “Personal SWOT – Honest Edition,” responsible digital presence and personal branding, student conduct and integrity, leadership expectations, and the values that shape the DBS Global University experience. Alongside engaging activities and meaningful interactions, students had the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and start building relationships that will define their MBA journey.

DBS Global University came together to celebrate Harela, Uttarakhand’s cherished festival of nature, with devotion, culture, and community spirit.

The celebration began with the traditional Harela Pooja, followed by a plantation drive reaffirming our commitment to sustainability. The campus then came alive with vibrant folk songs, traditional dance performances, and cultural celebrations, showcasing the rich heritage of Uttarakhand.
