In collaboration with the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), HR Seminar 2026 was held on the University campus, bringing together leaders from academia, industry, and public policy to deliberate on “Transforming Work and Workforce Expectations: The New People Agenda.”

The seminar examined the structural shifts redefining organisations today — hybrid workplace models, talent reinvention, leadership transitions, and technology-enabled HR ecosystems shaping the future of work.

A proud highlight of the evening was the felicitation of Mr Mohit Aggarwal, President, DBS Global University, with the Educational Award by the ISTD Dehradun Chapter, in recognition of his contribution to academic leadership and institutional growth.

In his keynote reflections, Professor (Dr. )Sanjay Jasola, Vice Chancellor, DBS Global University, articulated how emerging technologies are transforming organisational architecture and redefining workforce readiness in an AI-driven era.

HR Seminar 2026 stood not merely as a formal gathering, but as a strategic dialogue on designing resilient, future-ready people systems.

In this spirit, DBS Global University was privileged to host Ms. Yatri Dave Vitekar, Chief Vigilance Officer, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), for an insightful academic engagement on “Strengthening Ethical Leadership: Lessons from the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Insider Trading Laws.” The session provided valuable perspectives on ethical governance, regulatory frameworks, and the critical role of compliance in building credible and resilient systems.
