Friends .... Classes 1 to 5 closing down this year. FRI not keen to support the school any longer. KVS may/may not adopt the school..... KV Clement Town was also closed likewise.... So , can we all do something ??😐

Thank you for your interest in the “Silver Re-Union 89th Batch” of KV FRI.
With the active help of many we have been able to almost finalise the list of all alumni , and the same has been mailed and/or posted on the page(KV FRI 89 REUNITE-REMEMBER-REJOICE). It is requested that the event details be propagated to all school friends whom you may be in contact with at the earliest.
OK, now coming to the brasstacks, to make the event happen, the contribution to be shared by all shall be dependent on the items planned which is as under:-
(a) Location – Dehradun , India
(b) Date -- 25th May 2014 (Sunday)
(c) Timings - 9:30 AM to 5 PM
(d) Venue - Hotel Pacific, Subash Road.
(e) Booking of Banquet Hall
(f) Projector/Screen
(g) DJ + PA Equipment
(h) Decoration
(i) Memento for Teachers/Staff
(j) Transport for Teachers/Staff
(k) Meals for Teachers/Staff (Refreshments twice and Lunch)
(l) Miscellaneous expenditure
Estimate - Rs . 60,000/- to Rs . 70,000/- to be shared by all ex students
m) Meals for host(ex student) - Rs 1000/- each (Refreshments twice and Lunch)
So far , approximately 15 – 20 ex students have expressed their confirmation for the event so far and hence Rs 4000/- will be be the contribution to be shared per head. Spouse and each child attending to contribute Rs 1000/- additional each only for the meals. Any surplus funds left will be returned on 25 May 2014 at the venue itself. Please ensure that the total amount from your family is deposited at one time only and not in installments.

25 YEARS SILVER REUNION : 89th BATCH KV FRI Dear friends, 1. It gives me great pleasure in bringing to your notice the completion of 25 years of our leaving school - a day which may not seem as distant , but it is … and thus it is the right moment to rekindle our association and friendship that we so dearly cherished in the hey days. 2. We friends propose to get together in May or June 2014 ( last week of May or first week of Jun) at Dehradun for a day full of laughter and rememberance . All our teachers and staff will be guests of honour. 3. The venue, itinerary, meals and other details ( including per head contributions) are being worked out . Friends can bring along their families and take this opportunity to expand the 89 family . The event will happen either in a resort or a hotel. 4.
