Most startups begin with a market gap. This one began with a grandmother's recipe.
Six years ago, Niharika Bhargava wasn't looking to build a national brand. She was trying to preserve something that many families are quietly losing - authentic food traditions, forgotten recipes, and a connection to the people who grow our food. Today, that idea has evolved into The Little Farm Co., a venture-backed enterprise serving more than 30,000 households across India, working with over 100 farmer networks, and creating opportunities for rural communities, many of them women-led.
How does a business built around traditional recipes grow in a world obsessed with disruption?
How do you scale without losing authenticity?
How do you build a brand that creates value not just for customers, but also for farmers and communities?
Join us for an engaging conversation with:
Niharika Bhargava
Founder & CEO, The Little Farm Co.
TEDx Speaker | Agropreneur | Brand Builder
#233
Theme: From Scratch to Soil: Building a Business by Getting Your Hands Dirty
In this conversation, Niharika will share:
• The story behind The Little Farm Co.
• Lessons from building a consumer brand from the ground up
• The realities of entrepreneurship beyond the headlines
• Scaling with purpose in a competitive marketplace
• What leadership looks like when growth and impact must go together
If you are interested in entrepreneurship, branding, innovation, social impact, startups, or simply the stories behind meaningful businesses, this session promises valuable insights.
