Employee-organization relationship has a direct impact on its work culture and productivity.
An organization, built with the purpose of adding value to the environment, rests upon the two strongest pillars -continuous innovation and its relationship with its employees.
When an organization treats and builds its people as a community or tribe, it gets reflected in its work culture, camaraderie people share, and productivity.
