A domestic yak
Wild yak adults stand about 1.6 to 2:2m(5.2 to 7.2 ft) tall at the shoulder and weigh 305-1,000kg (672-2,205 lb). The head and body length is 2.5 to 3.3 m (8.2 to 11 ft), not counting the tail of 60 to 100 cm (24 to 39 in). Domesticated yaks are much smaller, males weighing 350 to 580 kg (770 to 1,280 lb) and females 225 to 255 kg (496 to 562 lb).

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about huminity, answered "Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he Sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived....".
