Today, Baal Veer Diwas was observed in our school with great respect to remember the bravery and sacrifice of the sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Students took part in various activities such as writing poems, delivering speeches, making drawings, and decorating display boards. A video highlighting the importance of Baal Veer Diwas and the courage of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s sons was also shown. The program helped the students to learn about values like bravery, faith, and sacrifice. The event was inspiring and educational for everyone.

Oceanic International School celebrated Christmas on 24 December, 2025 with great joy and enthusiasm. The celebration became more cheerful when a student of class IX dressed up as Santa Claus and distributed candies among the students, spreading happiness and festive spirit. The players of Oceanic International School brought pride to the institution by securing the Second Runner-up position in the Sahodaya Inter-School Volleyball Tournament on 29.11.2025.
The team displayed remarkable determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
Under the dedicated guidance of their coach, Mr. Deepanshu Verma, the players trained rigorously and consistently improved their skills. His hard work, strategic coaching, and constant motivation played a crucial role in helping the team achieve this commendable success.

The programme highlighted the importance of the Indian Constitution and its values. The event concluded with the singing of Vande Mataram and speech, filling the atmosphere with patriotism.

“Blessed are they who sacrifice for the protection of others.”
Guru Teg Bahadur Shaheedi Diwas was observed in our school with great devotion and respect on 24.11.2025. The students participated in a Prabhat Pheri along with teachers Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Pankaj Patwal, Ms. Priya Negi, and Ms. Tripti Rawat. During the procession, the students raised inspiring slogans in honour of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, remembering his tremendous sacrifice for humanity and religious freedom.
A special movie on the life and martyrdom of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji was also shown to the students. Through this, the students learned about his courage, compassion, and unwavering commitment to protecting the rights of the oppressed.

Oceanic International School organised a Career Counselling Session for the students of Class XII (Session 2025–26) on the school campus. The purpose of the session was to guide students in making informed decisions about their future academic and career paths.
A team from Dev Bhoomi University visited the school and interacted with the students. They provided detailed information about various career opportunities available in fields such as Engineering, Management, Health Sciences, Agriculture, Design, Hospitality, and many others. The resource persons also explained the eligibility criteria, course structures, and future career prospects associated with each stream.
Students actively participated in the session, asked questions, and sought clarity on their areas of interest. The counselling proved to be highly informative and motivating, helping students to understand the importance of choosing a career aligned with their strengths and aspirations.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks to the team of Dev Bhoomi University for their valuable guidance and support.

Oceanic International School organized its Annual OPL 2025, an exciting intra-house cricket competition. Four houses — Ashoka, Maurya, Chanakya, and Shivaji — participated with great enthusiasm.
The event began with a vibrant opening ceremony, where the Principal, Mrs. Usha Rana, conducted the toss. The Green House got the opportunity to play the first match against the Yellow House.
All the teams showcased excellent sportsmanship and teamwork throughout the tournament.
The Green House played 3 matches, while the Red, Blue, and Yellow Houses each played 4 matches.
After a series of thrilling matches, the Red House and Blue House qualified for the finals.
The Red House emerged as the champion, while the Blue House secured the runner-up position.
The Director of the School, Mrs. Poonam Vijay, graced the occasion and distributed trophies to the winners, appreciating their hard work and dedication. The event concluded with cheers and a sense of pride among all participants.

“Diwali reminds us that light will always conquer darkness and good will always triumph over evil.”
Oceanic International School celebrated Diwali with great enthusiasm and joy on 16 October 2025.
The Chairman, Mr. Vijay Kumar, and the Director, Mrs. Poonam Vijay Kumar, graced the occasion along with the Chief Guest, Mr. Amit.
The students of Classes V and VIII presented a beautiful short skit depicting Lord Ram’s return to Ayodhya. A beautiful dance was also performed by the students of class VI.
The Chairman, Mr. Vijay Kumar, addressed the students and shared valuable knowledge about the significance of Diwali. He explained the importance of celebrating the festival with joy, unity, and environmental awareness. After the performances, crackers were burst, and Diwali gifts were distributed to the teachers.
Colorful rangolis, based on the theme “Indian Heritage,” were made by the different houses, adding to the festive spirit of the celebration.
