Vascon Engineers Limited has secured a Letter of Intent from the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation for the construction of a general hospital building in Moshi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. The project, worth Rs. 356.78 crores (excluding GST), is to be completed within 36 months from the date of acceptance.

The company posted flat Quarterly Results. The revenue of the company for Q2FY24 stood at Rs 217.10 crore which decreased by 0.11 per cent YoY. The operating profit of the company stood at Rs 10.49 crore, while the PAT of the company stood at Rs 4.67 crore, which decreased by 35.05 per cent..

नई दिल्ली. जीएमआर पावर एंड अर्बन इंफ्रा लिमिटेड के शेयरों में शुक्रवार को जबरदस्त तेजी देखने को मिली. कंपनी के शेयर बुधवार को 5 फीसदी तक चढ़ गए. दरअसल, ऐसा एक खबर के सामने आने के बाद हुआ है. जीएमआर ने अपने जॉइंट वेंचर पार्टनर पावर एंड एनर्जी इंटरनेशनल से जीईएल (जीएमआर एनर्जी लिमिटेड) में 29.14 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी खरीद ली है. इसके लिए जीएमआर पावर एंड अर्बन इंफ्रा ने 237.37 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया है.
कंपनी ने कुल 105.11 करोड़ स्टॉक खरीदे हैं. इस खरीदारी के बाद जीएमआर पावर की जीईएल में हिस्सेदारी 57.76 फीसदी से बढ़कर 86.90 फीसदी हो गई है. गौरतलब है कि पहले भी मैजोरिटी स्टेक जीएमआर पावर के पास ही थे. जीईएल में पावर एंड एनर्जी इंटरनेशनल की हिस्सेदारी थी जो मलेशिया आधारित टेनागा नेशिनोल बरहेड की इकाई है. इस खरीदारी के बाद अब टेनागा के साथ शेयरहोल्डर एग्रीमेंट पूरी तरह खत्म हो गया है और जीईएल का सारा रेवेन्यू और अर्निंग अब जीएमआर पावर एंड अर्बन इंफ्रा का होगा.
