Students of Classes 7 to 9 enthusiastically engaged in hands-on Science Projects that connected classroom learning with the real world. They explored diverse themes such as mountains, forests, inland water bodies, ocean water bodies, vegetation and plantation, poultry and fishery, and key sectors like automobile, pharma, and textile industries, along with many other fascinating topics.

Through research, model-making, and presentations, students developed scientific thinking, creativity, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of how natural resources and industries shape our environment and economy.

These projects truly reflected curiosity, innovation, and the spirit of learning beyond textbooks! 🌟🔎

🌞 Summer Elective Creativity for Classes 5 & 6 🎨🖌️

The Summer Elective program for our Classes 5 and 6 students was a vibrant journey of creativity and hands-on learning. Children explored a wide range of artistic skills including doodle art, designing cloth bags, elegant calligraphy, expressive canvas painting, traditional Lippan art, beautiful mehndi art, and many more creative activities.

Each session encouraged imagination, patience, and fine motor skills while allowing students to express themselves freely through art and design. The joy on their faces reflected how much they enjoyed learning beyond the classroom.

A delightful summer filled with colors, creativity, and confidence for our budding artists! 🌈✨

🌞 Summer Elective Fun for Classes 3 & 4 🎨✂️

Our young learners of Classes 4 and 5 enthusiastically explored their creativity during the Summer Elective program through a variety of engaging hands-on activities. From beautiful jute craft, colorful pot painting, creative hand puppets, stylish hand bands, vibrant glass painting, to intricate paper quilling and many more art forms — every child discovered new skills and hidden talents.

The sessions were filled with imagination, joy, and learning beyond the classroom, helping students develop patience, focus, and artistic expression while having lots of fun.

A wonderful blend of creativity and learning made this summer truly memorable for our budding artists! 🌈✨

WINNERS OF CHESS TOURNAMENT
Shishya public school had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the DPSG Cup, Dehradun. It was an Inter-School Chess Tournament hosted by DPSG School, Selaqui. It was an exciting and memorable experience for all the players who represented Shishya with great enthusiasm, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Our school secured the 1st position in the tournament.

The Graduation Ceremony for the outgoing of Batch 2026 of Shishya Public School was held on 28th March 2026. It was a proud and memorable occasion filled with joy, celebration, and heartfelt moments. The program was gracefully hosted by the students of Class 11, who conducted the ceremony with great poise and enthusiasm. They also read the citation for each graduate, making the moment truly personal and memorable for every child.

Parents and teachers watched with pride as the outgoing graduates received their Sashes and parting gifts amidst applause and cheers.
This beautiful ceremony was not just a celebration of completion but a step towards new beginnings and brighter paths ahead.

Little hands, big imagination! 👐🎨

Our Nursery students had a wonderful time exploring their creativity through a fun-filled Clay Moulding Activity. With soft clay in their tiny hands, the children shaped beautiful vegitables like pumpkin radish peas, carrots.

This activity not only brought smiles to their faces but also helped in developing their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity. It was heartwarming to see their excitement as their ideas turned into colorful clay models.

Stick Structure Competition

The Stick Structure Competition was successfully conducted for the students of Classes III to V. The activity aimed to enhance creativity, teamwork, and structural thinking skills among students while encouraging hands-on learning.

The competition was a wonderful platform for students to explore their creative potential and develop confidence through experiential learning. Overall, the event was a great success and was thoroughly enjoyed by all participants.
