It's the little things that can give you a more efficient and stronger bench press.
For most people bench pressing, the bar should land, the wrong position, known as your
Safety Zone ✅:
-Safest ✅
-Strongest ✅
-Most Comfortable for most people
Anywhere above this is considered your
Danger Zone ❌:
-Less safe, especially with shoulder problems ❌
-Power leaks ❌
-Less comfortable for most people ❌
I wouldn't recommend anyone benching in the "Danger Zone". You can place an excessive demand on the shoulders 😖
