From the Hills to National Glory: Diksha Pradhan Shines in NET Exam! 🌟

Diksha Pradhan, daughter of Ram Dhoj and Jyoti Pradhan from Chota Poobung, Darjeeling, has made the hills proud by clearing this year’s UGC NET exam with a stellar 98 percentile! 🎓✨

Her journey of excellence spans years of dedication: gold medals in both undergraduate (CGPA 9.78) and postgraduate (CGPA 9.9) studies in Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Loyola Academy, Secunderabad.

Diksha’s academic brilliance began with her schooling at Ruhiyyih School (Jorebanglow), Alphonsa School (Siliguri), and St. Joseph's (Matigara), setting a shining example for students across the region.

We are pleased to announce that AHLIS Inter School U-17 Girls Football Tournament 2025 was Successful Hosted by Ruhiyyih School. This was an Historic Event, where all the ICSE School's In Darjeeling, Kalimpong Mirik, Kurseong came together to celebrate the Women's Sports in Hills. This was the First Edition of WOMEN'S FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT Hosted by our own RUHIYYIH SCHOOL, marking it's name in the History of Women's Sports in Darjeeling 🎉

World Environment Day Celebration at Ruhiyyih School!
Today, we observed World Environment Day with great enthusiasm! Our students and staff participated in a cleanliness drive along Old Military Road and Tiger Hill, making our surroundings cleaner and greener.

Class X students took it a step further by joining an Environment March with other schools, marching till the District Magistrate's office to present a memorandum. Together, we're advocating for a cleaner and better Darjeeling!
