Congratulations Miss Puja Nepal on securing 1st position in Inter School Nepali Spelling Competition on the occasion of Nepali Bhasa day at Sonada Degree College.

We are deeply saddened by the untimely passing of two of our dear students today(Prakash Tamang and A***n Tamang ). Their loss is an irreparable one for the S.H.S. School family. Our heartfelt condolences go out to their families and loved ones in this time of grief. May their souls rest in eternal peace.

Sonada Higher Secondary School has taken a beautiful step toward preserving nature and enhancing our surroundings. Today, around 200 rhododendron saplings were planted!

Some saplings were planted at the premises of Sonada Police Station, Sonada railway station, Sonada monastary while the rest in the scenic slopes of Nayabasti.

Today's plantation drive was a heartfelt initiative by sonada higher secondary school in collaboration with the Members of Homestay association sonada , with a belief that this effort will beautify Sonada and strengthen our bond with nature.

A small step for the environment, a giant leap for our hill town’s scenic beauty!
