Yesterday, members of the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) and Mahila Club Darbhanga (MCD), including Dr. Nootan Roy (Treasurer, MCD), Dr. Alka Dubey (President, MCD), Dr. Pushpa Jha (Former President, MCD), Mrs. Rekha Pahuja (Secretary, MCD), and Dr. Savitri Ojha, a senior gynaecologist, held a seminar at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Women’s Institute of Technology on women’s health awareness. They discussed topics such as the cervical vaccine, menstrual cycle and hygiene, endometriosis, and overall women’s health.

The institute extends its sincere gratitude to the esteemed speakers for their valuable insights and contribution.🙏🏻

Placement Cell Coordinator Dr. Rashmi Kumari held a credit awareness program for students, where she explained the credit system and loans. The program was conducted in partnership with SBI Pahel.

Lalit Narayan Mithila University had the privilege of hosting H. C. Verma as the Chief Guest for an insightful workshop session, with the esteemed presence of A.P.J.A.K.W.I.T, a constituent of the university.
It was a remarkable opportunity for students to interact with him not only as an eminent physicist but also as an inspiring individual.
The workshop proved to be highly enriching, offering valuable perspectives on learning and understanding physics. The interactive session was particularly engaging, as he patiently addressed numerous questions from the audience, making the experience both enlightening and memorable.

✨ A proud moment at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Women’s Institute of Technology, Darbhanga ✨
The Induction Programme 2025 for B.Tech (CSE/IT & BI) batch 2025–29 and MCA batch 2025–27 was successfully organized at APJAKWIT Auditorium on 16th September 2025.

🌸 The event began with the felicitation of dignitaries and lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by invocation, Kulgeet, and inspiring addresses by our respected guests.
🎤 Eminent speakers including Registrar LNMU, Financial Advisor LNMU, Principal MIT Muzaffarpur, and Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor LNMU graced the occasion with their presence and valuable insights.

The programme beautifully highlighted the importance of technical education, discipline, innovation, and overall personality development for the new batches. Students were motivated to embrace opportunities, work with dedication, and contribute meaningfully to society.

The event concluded with the Vote of Thanks, National Anthem, and a collective sense of pride, inspiration, and new beginnings. 🌟
