What is difference between Disaster and Hazard?

Disaster= disaster can be any calamity, any event which surely cause human mortality, human causality that is death of human life. Ex- buildings can collapse, infrastructure can get destroyed , there are economic losses , there are losse of livelihood opportunity. All that which is caused by such as an event that can turn as disaster.

Hazard = this is any event, which poses risk , it is potted enough to human destruction. But it may or may not , it definitely poses the risk.

The primary law in india which deals with cyber crime and E-commerce.

What is Cybercrime ?
All those criminal activities which are done through computer or internet is called Cybercrime.
Ex= hacking, phishing, spamming

Hacking = hacker attempting to obtain sensitive or personal information from a computer user.

Phishing= the act of attempting to acquire information such as username , passwords, credit card details.

Spamming = sending of multiple unwanted emails or text messages, usually for marketing purposes.

What is Electronic commerce ?

Such an electronic service or network by which goods and services have been provided ( transmitting of funds or data)

What is difference between CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEME and CENTRALLY SPONSORED SCHEME?
CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEME = those schemes which are entirely and directly funded by Central Govnt.( entirely sponsored by Center Govnt)
Ex= LPG ( providing LPG to poor households)
- CROP INSURENCE
- MUDRA YOJANA

Where as

CENTRALLY SPONSORED SCHEME = those schemes which are implemented by State Govnt and amount of such schemes or projects provide on share basis ( Amount is shared by State and Center in different proportion, it may be by 50%/50% , it may be by 25% by State and 75% by Center . But higher proportion is always given by Center)

Ex= MGNREGA , PRADHAN MANTRI GRAM SADAK YOJANA.

Let's know what is Judicial activism= judicial activism is used of judicial power to enforce what is beneficial for the society in general and people at large.

Liberal democracy means= where individual's fundamental rights are guaranteed to citizens , where political freedoms are given to citizens .
In a liberal democracy what is use of SECULAR term.
SECULAR means =non discrimination on ground of religion, in a SECULAR DEMOCRACY, which believes that there is no discrimination on any ground.
SECULAR would be a subset of a liberal democracy.
