Dalhousie Hilltop School successfully concluded its much-awaited DHS Model United Nations (DHS MUN 2026), transforming the campus into a vibrant forum of diplomacy, critical thinking, and global cooperation. Bringing together bright young minds, the conference provided students with an immersive experience in international relations while fostering the values of dialogue, leadership, and responsible global citizenship.

डलहौजी हिलटॉप स्कूल में ‘डीएचएस मॉडल यूनाइटेड नेशंस 2026’ का सफल आयोजन, विद्यार्थियों ने दिखाई कूटनीति व नेतृत्व क्षमता

डलहौजी हिलटॉप स्कूल में आयोजित ‘डीएचएस मॉडल यूनाइटेड नेशंस 2026 (DHS MUN 2026)’ का भव्य और सफल समापन हुआ। इस आयोजन ने विद्यालय परिसर को वैश्विक कूटनीति, अंतरराष्ट्रीय संबंधों और नेतृत्व कौशल का जीवंत मंच बना दिया। सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को विश्व राजनीति की समझ देना और उनमें तार्किक चिंतन, संवाद कौशल तथा जिम्मेदार वैश्विक नागरिकता की भावना विकसित करना रहा।
सम्मेलन का संचालन विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा गठित एमयूएन सचिवालय ने किया, जिसमें सेक्रेटरी जनरल, चेयरपर्सन और विभिन्न समितियों के सदस्यों ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिकाएं निभाईं। प्रतिभागियों ने अलग-अलग देशों के प्रतिनिधियों की भूमिका निभाते हुए वैश्विक मुद्दों पर गंभीर, प्रभावशाली और सार्थक विचार-विमर्श किया। इस दौरान उनकी शोध क्षमता, तर्कशक्ति और अभिव्यक्ति कौशल का उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन देखने को मिला।
कार्यक्रम का मुख्य आकर्षण संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद (UNSC) की बैठक रही, जिसमें मध्य-पूर्व की बदलती भू-राजनीतिक परिस्थितियों पर गहन चर्चा की गई। छात्रों ने अपने-अपने देश के दृष्टिकोण से प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किए और कूटनीतिक तरीके से समाधान खोजने का प्रयास किया। इस प्रक्रिया ने उनमें आत्मविश्वास, अनुशासन और व्यावसायिक दृष्टिकोण को मजबूत किया।
विद्यालय के प्रेसीडेंट डॉ. पुनम धवन ने प्रतिभागियों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि मॉडल यूनाइटेड नेशंस केवल वाद-विवाद का मंच नहीं, बल्कि यह युवाओं को सहानुभूति, तार्किक सोच और प्रभावी नेतृत्व की दिशा में प्रेरित करता है। उन्होंने सभी छात्रों को उनके उत्साह और समर्पण के लिए बधाई दी।
समापन समारोह में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले प्रतिभागियों, समितियों और वक्ताओं को सम्मानित किया गया। यह आयोजन एक बार फिर साबित करता है कि विद्यालय छात्रों को शैक्षणिक उत्कृष्टता के साथ-साथ वैश्विक दृष्टिकोण विकसित करने के अवसर भी प्रदान करता है।
