⚙️Where Ideas Meet Innovation.

Engineering is more than building things — it’s about solving problems, challenging possibilities, and creating solutions that shape tomorrow.

From transforming concepts into reality to developing smarter, more efficient ways of doing things, engineers play a vital role in driving innovation and shaping the world around us.

Their ability to think beyond the obvious, find solutions to complex challenges, and turn imagination into impact reminds us that every great innovation begins with an idea.💡

Today, we recognise the vision, precision, creativity, and determination that engineers bring to every challenge and every breakthrough.

👷‍♂️⚙️Here’s to the minds that design, innovate, build, and inspire a better tomorrow.

Happy Engineers’ Day!✨

🌟SUCCESS STORY | PRASAD MANDHARE🌟

We are proud to share the inspiring journey of Prasad Mandhare, a B.Voc Construction student at Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers, who entered the field with a clear dream of building a successful career in the construction industry.

Prasad completed his industry internship with the Rustomjee Group, where he gained valuable practical exposure and an opportunity to experience the professional construction environment firsthand.

His dedication, sincerity, and consistent performance during his internship did not go unnoticed.
What makes his journey particularly special is that his commitment to his work opened the door to an opportunity within the very organization where he trained. Recognizing his potential and work ethic, Rustomjee Group offered Prasad the opportunity to become a part of their team as a Junior Engineer – Quality.

Today, Prasad has successfully transitioned from being an intern to becoming an employee of the Rustomjee Group, with a package of ₹3.5 LPA.

From a student who entered the program with a dream of working in construction to now beginning his professional journey with a reputed organization, Prasad’s story is a proud reflection of how practical learning, industry exposure, dedication, and the right opportunities can turn a student’s aspiration into a career.

👏 We congratulate Prasad on this well-deserved achievement and wish him continued growth and success as he builds his future in the construction industry.

✨Choosing a career is more than choosing a course — it’s about choosing a direction that feels right for you.

Before making that decision, ask yourself:
💡 What am I naturally curious about?
❤️ What kind of work do I enjoy?
⚙️ Do I prefer people, machines, technology, or ideas?
📚 What skills do I want to develop?
🎯 What career aligns with my strengths and goals?

Choose a career with purpose, not pressure.🚀
