We warmly invite our friends who are writers, poets, scholars, and well-wishers to contribute their original articles for publication of our souvenir.
Rules and Regulations ........................................
1. Only original and unpublished articles will be accepted.
2. Contributions may be submitted in Odia, Hindi, or English.
3. The article should be the author's own work and must not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.
4. The editorial committee reserves the right to edit, shorten, or reject any submission without assigning any reason.
5. Articles containing defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, political propaganda, or unlawful content will not be considered.
6. The recommended length is 500–1,500 words for articles and short stories. And for other literary works like poems may be of 500 words.
7. The author's full name, address, phone number, email ID (if available), and a brief introduction (50–100 words) should accompany the submission.
8. A recent passport-size photograph of the author may also be enclosed.
9. The last date for submission of writings will be informed later.
20. Submission of an article implies the author's consent for publication in the souvenir in print and digital formats, if applicable.
11. Once published, the editorial committee will hold the right to reproduce the article for future editions or archival purposes with due acknowledgement.
12. The decision of the Editorial Board shall be final in all matters relating to publication
