It is deeply saddening to learn about the untimely demise of our loving and innocent little boy, Guruprasad, who tragically lost his life by drowning in his village on 10th of this month.

Guruprasad joined our Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya as a lateral entry student in April,2025. He was an exceptionally cute, innocent, and cheerful child. I fondly called him “Adarsha Boy”, as he came from Adarsha Vidyalaya. He was always full of joy, wearing a bright smile that could light up anyone’s heart.

His sudden departure is an irreparable loss to his parents and family. We at school are deeply shocked and heartbroken by this tragedy. In his short time with us, Guruprasad had gradually adapted to the residential system and made many friends. His humility and sweetness touched everyone around him.

I still remember the day — 6th September 2025, when Guru came to the Teachers’ Common Room and took my blessings on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. I could never imagine that such an innocent soul would leave us so soon.

His parents must have dreamt of a bright future for him, but fate had other plans. May the Almighty give them immense strength and courage to bear this unbearable loss.

Guruprasad, you will always be remembered for your innocent smile, loving nature, and pure heart. Your absence has left a deep void in our hearts.
