COVID-19 : How it affects your kids mental health; a must read for all parents.
My dear students, all our stress comes from how we respond to this pandemic situation. This includes preparing for your exams. I know its tough situation for all including you. you spend a lot of time in front of mobile and laptop, still you did not get everything clear. As we are adapting to new technologies it is likely to be difficult for us. Here are some tips to train your mind to keep calm and reduce unnecessary stress.
1.Begin your day with gratitude:
you should be privileged having access to unlimited knowledge, good teacher and loving parents. what more we need?
2.Be happy n believe in yourself:
When you are happy with what you have, your mind retains information better. the moment you start believing in yourself you start succeeding.
3. Focus on physical health:
Active students are happier, healthier and more satisfied with life. Parents must let him play outdoor games or morning walk, cycling etc. This lets him being physically active along with more focused on his studies.
4. Encouragements by parents:
parents must encourage students to understand and learn rather than rotting to get good scores.
As students are attending hours of online classes, it is more likely to get stressed. As parents and educators we have to consider above things to keep stress at bay.
