Dear Students, Parents & Staff,
We're excited to roll out a small but healthy change in our school routine - *The Water Bell*!
*What is it?*
Starting this week, a short bell will ring _8 times a day_ during school hours to remind everyone to pause and drink water.
*Timings:*
- *1st Bell*: 10:00 AM
- *2nd Bell*: 10:30 AM
- *3rd Bell*: 11:00 AM
- *4th BELL* : 11:30 AM
- *5 th BELL* : 12:00 NOON
* 6 th BELL* : 12:30 PM
- *7 th BELL* : 1:00 PM
- *8th BELL* : 1:30 PM
*Why the Water Bell?*
1. *Stay Hydrated, Stay Sharp* - Drinking water improves concentration, memory, and energy levels in class.
2. *Build Healthy Habits* - Many students forget to drink water during busy school hours. This bell is a friendly reminder.
3. *Beat the Heat* - With rising temperatures, regular hydration prevents fatigue, headaches, and dehydration.
*What to do when the bell rings?*
Just pause for 1 minute, take out your water bottle, and take a few sips. Teachers will also join in!
*Note for Parents:* Please ensure your child carries a filled water bottle to school every day.
Let's make hydration a habit, not a chore. A healthy mind needs a hydrated body!
