SOFT SEM QUIZ '26

An intra-departmental event, a two-week program — successfully concluded on 19 February 2026.

Second-year and third-year students actively participated in various technical and non-technical events conducted by the department over the two weeks.

On the final day, our alumnus Jayaprakash, an SDE at Amazon, joined the event and added to its excitement.
Filled with fun, banter, and discussions on technology and future goals, the day was fulfilling.

Karunakaran and Saranya from the second year, along with Anisha and Dhanya from the third year, shone as the icons of SSQ.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Principal, HoD, staff members, final-year event coordinators, and all participants for making SSQ ’26 a success.

Our intra-college symposium, the culmination of weeks of planning and relentless teamwork, was conducted successfully.

The presence of our Chief Guest, proud alumnus Nivas Ganesan, Software Engineer at Banfico, made the occasion even more special. As the inauguration ceremony unfolded, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation and excitement.

Over 120 students from various colleges actively participated in both technical and non-technical events, showcasing their skills and creativity.

Once again, GCE Srirangam bagged the overall championship trophy.

The symposium concluded with a valedictory session, recognizing the achievements of all participants and winners.

And a heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to make this event a grand success — the Principal, HoD, staff members, student organizers, participants, and volunteers.

We look forward to organizing many more events like this in future.
