Design, Development and Thermal Management of EV Battery

The session was expertly handled by Mr. S. Santhosh Kumar, M.E.,
CEO, e-basic, Coimbatore, who shared valuable industry insights on EV battery design, development practices, and thermal safety challenges.

The seminar witnessed active participation from faculty members and students, making it a highly informative and interactive learning experience.

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized an industrial visit to Hindustan Transformers on 19.12.2025. The students gained practical exposure to transformer manufacturing processes, including core assembly, winding, insulation, testing, and quality control procedures. The visit helped students understand real-time industrial practices, safety standards, and the application of theoretical concepts in electrical engineering. Overall, the visit was informative and enhanced the students’ technical knowledge and industry awareness.

The Department of Civil Engineering conducted a one-day industrial visit on 15.12.2025 at the Karattumedu Temple premises. Students from II, III, and IV year actively participated in the visit and gained practical exposure to surveying techniques.
