A completely hands-on immersive course that focuses on techniques essential to achieve perfect texture and flavour using simple pantry ingredients. Cake art modules prepare students to create aesthetically pleasing designs in easy and creative methods.

Rum soaked fruits available for pick up. The fruits are a mix of premium dry fruits like apricot, raisins, prunes, dates, kiwi, currants, candied peels, and nuts like almond, walnut, pecan, etc soaked with high quality rum and mix of spices ground in house.
