As students displayed inventive foods like Fenugreek Salad and traditional delights, KG College of Allied Health Sciences was a hive of activity.

PARACON 4.0

On March 14 and 15, 2026, our Department of Accident and Emergency Care Technology hosted PARACON 4.0.

This intense workshop and conference, which was held at SRM Medical College in Chennai, acted as a hub for academic rigor and clinical accuracy.

Delegates successfully transitioned from "Back to Basics" to "Essentials to Excellence" under the illustrious guidance of Principal Dr. Josephine Princey and Convenor Ms. Ramya.

The symposium strengthened our position as a leader in pedagogical advancement in paramedical sciences .🚑🩺

World Kidney Day

Honoring a significant achievement in the promotion of renal health!

At the Hare Krishna Auditorium, the Department of Dialysis Technology at KG College of Allied Health Sciences organized an elegant World Kidney Day conference.

Our emerging clinicians participated in a deep exchange of nephrological views under the wise direction of Principal Dr. Josephine Princey and Convenor Ms. S. Amala.

Free Health Checkup Camp

A transformational Free Health Checkup Camp was held to effectively celebrate Medical Laboratory Technician Day.

As our MLT department planned an extensive diagnostic suite for the community, the KGiSL Campus was alive with selfless enthusiasm.

Students showed excellent clinical skills, converting abstract concepts into real-world advantages for public health.

Our dedication to proactive wellbeing and medical excellence was embodied in this Camp.

The event highlighted the critical role technicians play in the healthcare environment.

Multispeciality Health Camp

A Multispeciality Health Camp was held at KG Hospital in Coimbatore by KG College of Allied Health Sciences, which is associated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. 🏥

The Camp brought together committed medical experts and students who provided the community with thorough health screenings, medical consultations, and awareness assistance.

It mirrored our goal of providing high-quality healthcare outside of hospital walls, from essential examinations to individualized counseling. 🌿

A significant platform for service-driven learning and compassionate care was established by the active participation of physicians, educators, and future medical professionals.

Wellness Redefined.

On February 28, 2026, KG Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center will hold a Free Physiotherapy & Wellness Camp at KGiSL Campus in honour of World Healthy Lifestyle Day. 🩺✨

The camp will include a wide range of services, such as flexibility and strength testing, BMI analysis, postural evaluation, pain assessment, and ergonomic advice. 🧠💪

It aims to encourage preventative healthcare and functional mobility, enabling people to embrace better movement habits.

Come take a proactive step toward sustainable well-being with us from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM.

Technology for PROTECTION

An awareness program about the Kaaval Uthavi mobile app, a crucial digital project for emergency response and public safety, was organised in collaboration with KG Hospital.

Mr. Gnanasakaran, an Inspector of Police, conducted the class and offered helpful advice on how to use the app efficiently in an emergency.

The training, which took place at K.G. Hospital & Post Graduate Medical Institute on January 30, 2026, increased participants' awareness, readiness, and confidence to act quickly in emergency situations.
