*Wellness begins within 🧘‍♀️✨*

As part of the Yoga & Wellbeing subject, the Nehru School of Architecture conducted a rejuvenating yoga session for students on 27.03.2026. The session was guided by Mrs. Vasanthamalar, a dedicated yoga trainer from New Hope Yoga.

Students experienced the importance of mindfulness, balance, and holistic health—essential for a focused and creative mind in architecture.

*Exploring nature beyond the classroom 🌿✨*
Our architecture students visited *The Nilgiri Biosphere Natural Park* on 26.03.2026 - as part of their environmental studies, immersing themselves in rich biodiversity, learning about ecosystems, and understanding the balance between nature and design.

From observing native flora and fauna to experiencing the essence of sustainable environments, it was a journey of awareness, inspiration, and connection with nature 🌱
